The Love Letter Challenge

When I’m feeling frozen, like I can’t move forward and I’m getting nowhere in life, I like to think back to where I was a year ago, 2 years ago, 5 years ago, a decade ago. Remember the moments in life you felt like you’d never survive? The break ups, the loss of loved ones, the financial struggles, all of it. All of us have felt that way at some point in life and it’s easy to forget how strong we are.

The Love Letter Challenge encourages you to think back to a time when you did not think you’d survive. I want you to write to that version of you and share how you DID survive, how far you’ve come, and how strong you actually are. This could be you at any age and at any time. I think we find strength in each other and I’m hoping to inspire others to see how far they’ve come.

Self Love is the Best Love

This Valentine’s Day I’m doing a self love challenge.

Many of us are feeling stressed and lost at the moment. Some of us are feeling stuck, like we’re getting nowhere in life. And I know almost all of us are struggling with insecurities that we keep pushing down because right now it feels selfish to focus on ourselves. I understand because I feel the same way. I want you to know that your feelings are valid and despite everything that’s happening in the world, you’re allowed to love yourself. You’re allowed to celebrate your wins and how far you’ve come. You’re allowed to want to feel better in your own skin.
