Official Sweepstakes Rules

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Feral Fern Photography LLC, a photography studio located in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

Eligibility:
The sweepstakes is open to women who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and willing to travel to Harrisonburg, Virginia for the photoshoot. Employees of Feral Fern Photography LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, follow the instructions provided in the Facebook or Instagram post related to this giveaway. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification.

Prize Description:
One winner will receive:

  • A professional boudoir photoshoot at Feral Fern Photography’s studio.

  • Professional hair and makeup services.

  • $500 artwork credit

  • 1 Outfit Add On

The prize is valued at approximately $1200. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be gifted. The photoshoot must be scheduled within 3 days of notification and will be held on a weekday, subject to the photographer's availability. Failure to schedule within the required timeframe or attend on an available date will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 30th, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winner will be notified by email and/or text message and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize and schedule the session. If the winner fails to respond or schedule within 72 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Verification:
The winner will be required to:

  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

Liability Release:
By entering, participants release Feral Fern Photography LLC, its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize. The sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, fraudulent activity, or any other issues beyond its control.

Additional Terms:
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. It is void where prohibited by law. Feral Fern Photograpy LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if unforeseen circumstances arise.
